EU-Advisor Forum Vestland- Workshop and forum gathering

The role of participatory processes in Horizon Europe projects, a framework and tools

The seminar and workshop, organised by Vestlandets Innovasjonsselskap (VIS) in collaboration with Horizon Vestland, will offer training on using guidelines and tools for participatory processes, related to Horizon Europe projects and Missions using the theme of climate challenges as an example.

By offering an introduction to the practical framework from the proEthics project, and discussing best practice of citizens engagement, we aim to encourage daily practice of responsible research and innovation. The immediate learning from tools, techniques and advice will inspire you to move into new ways of designing applications and implement collaboration and co-creation with people outside academia.

Participatory Real Life Experiments in Research and Innovation Funding Organisations on Ethics

Intended learning outcomes for the workshop:

The participants gain knowledge about the framework and guidelines from proEthics and have co-created checklists for daily use before, under and after Horizon projects.
